What areas do you service?

We proudly serve the Greater Syracuse, Rochester, Canandaigua, and Finger Lakes regions. If you’re outside this area, give us a call — we may still be able to accommodate you!

How far in advance should I reserve my tent and party equipment?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons (spring/summer). Ideally, reserve at least 4-6 weeks in advance AND FARTHER OUT FOR LARGER EVENTS to ensure availability.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a NONREFUNDABLE 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DELIVERY

Do you have a minimum rental amount?

We typically require a minimum order of $500 for delivery. Pickup orders at our warehouse have no minimum.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES

hat types of events do you provide rentals for?

We provide rentals for all types of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, graduations, festivals, backyard parties, and more!

Do you deliver and set up the tents and equipment?

Yes! Delivery, setup, and breakdown are all included with tent rentals. Additional equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) can also be set up for an extra fee if needed.

When will my items be delivered and picked up?

We typically deliver 1–2 days before the event and pick up the following business day. We’ll coordinate exact times with you as your event date approaches.

Do I need to be present during delivery?

It’s highly recommended! Having someone on-site helps ensure that items are placed exactly where you want them.

What size tent do I need for my event?

Tent size depends on your guest count, layout, and activities. Our team can help you select the perfect size based on your needs.

Can tents be set up on any surface?

Tents can be installed on grass, asphalt, concrete, or other surfaces. Some surfaces may require special anchoring or equipment — we’ll discuss this during the booking process.

Do you offer party packages?

Yes! We offer customizable packages that may include tents, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, dance floors, and more.

Do you rent heaters, fans, or lighting?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of heating, cooling, and lighting options to keep your event comfortable and beautiful.

Can you help with event planning or layout design?

Yes! Our team is happy to assist with event layout planning, seating charts, and recommendations to make your event a success.

What happens if something gets damaged during my event?

Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damages or missing items may result in additional charges. We offer an optional damage waiver for added peace of mind.
